Tidewater Café at Summit Packaging Systems

Summit Packaging Systems is a manufacturing facility employing 350 full time industrial, technical, and support and management personnel. Summit manufactures plastic flip top bottle closures and tube closures featuring a patented design.
In August 2005, Tidewater Catering was awarded the contract to be the exclusive café and catering company for Summit Packaging Systems. Summit was in the process of building new headquarters, which allowed Tidewater to work integrally with the General Contractors in designing and outfitting the new kitchen facilities, and staging the grand opening in January 2006.
Tidewater Café provides on-site breakfast and lunch meal service Monday through Friday for the first shift (approximately 250 personnel) and own, manage and service the vending machines (six in total) for the 2nd and 3rd shifts.
